These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 75 ph platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything outlined here. All bets placed on the 75 ph platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your selections carefully before submitting any wager. In the event of a technical error or system fault that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price, 75 ph reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to your account balance. Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded — due to a data feed delay or display error — may also be voided at the platform's discretion.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary depending on the sport, event type, and your account tier. Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules, including the possibility of markets being suspended at any time during an event. 75 ph does not guarantee the availability of any specific market and reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any betting option without prior notice. All deposits and withdrawals on 75 ph are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, and InstaPay, among others listed on the platform. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform, and VIP members receive priority processing. 75 ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
Bonus offers and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, and expiry periods. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. 75 ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Players are expected to use the 75 ph platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform; exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities for financial gain; colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes; and engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting.
Any attempt to launder money through the platform is a serious criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement bodies. 75 ph complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and conducts regular monitoring of account activity. Players who engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other users will have their accounts terminated without refund.
